Just wanted to write a brief note to say thank you very much for organising our trip, and also to sing Sam's praises. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - he made us feel very well looked after and was a pleasure to be with for our time on the Mara. We didn't manage to hit the Big 5 but nevertheless had a fantastic time, and I'm sure will return when we have the opportunity.
